1、簡介introduction
ZY-ZQY系列蒸汽離心壓縮機是江蘇中一科技節能股份有限公司專門針對MVR系統研制開發的水蒸氣離心壓縮機,專用于MVR系統中二次蒸汽的回收利用,以提高MVR系統的節能效果。ZY-ZQY steam centrifugal compressor is the special designed compressor on MVR system by Jiangsu Zhongyi Energy Efficiency Technology Co.,Ltd which is used in MVR system for recycle of second steam and improving energy-saving effect of MVR system.

2、結構及特點structure and characteristics
ZY-ZQY系列蒸汽離心壓縮機結構和原理:Structure and principle of ZY-ZQY steam centrifugal compressor

ZY-ZQY系列蒸汽壓縮機包括:壓縮機本體+高速齒輪箱+油站和底座+聯軸器+電機+儀器和儀表,還有其它為蒸汽壓縮機有效、安全運行所需要的所有的輔助設備。ZY-ZQY steam compressor includes: compressor host machine, high speed gear box, hydraulic station and base, coupling, motor, instruments and other auxiliary devices for the effective and safety operation.

ZY-ZQY系列蒸汽壓縮機通過電機帶動葉輪高速旋轉,使水蒸汽壓縮機進口形成負壓吸入低壓低溫飽和水蒸汽,經過壓縮機加壓加溫,使水蒸汽在出口處變成高溫高壓飽和水蒸汽,為MVR系統使用。

ZY - ZQY series steam compressor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed through the motor, thus to form a negative pressure state at the entrance of the water vapor compressor to suck in low temperature and low pressure saturated steam. After been heated and pressurized by the compressor, the steam will become high temperature and high pressure saturated steam at the exit and will be used by the MVR system.

ZY-ZQY系列蒸汽離心壓縮機的特點
 The characteristics of the ZY-ZQY steam centrifugal compressor
(1)             葉輪型線先進、效率高、可適用多種工況。采用三元流動理論設計,應用CFD流動分析技術預測性能,使蒸汽壓縮機設計參數得到充分的保證;蒸汽壓縮機的等熵效率不小于80%,穩定工況寬;
(1)    The impeller type line is advanced、high efficiency and can be used in a variety of conditions.Design according to the three dimensional flow theory and forecast performance according to CFD flow analysis technology, the steam compressor design parameters are fully guaranteed; the isentropic efficiency of steam compressor is not less than 80% at the same time, it is of high stability condition.
(2)葉輪精工制造。葉輪采用五軸聯動加工中心精確銑削加工而成,尺寸精準,經過熱處理、無損探傷檢測、超速試驗(115%工作轉速)和多次動平衡(平衡精度等級為G2.5)等檢測,確保葉輪滿足使用和安全要求;

 (2) Impeller finish manufacturing. Impeller is milled precisely by five-axis machining  center, with precision size, after heat treatment, NDT test, speed test (115% work speed) and many times of dynamic balance (such as balance precision grade G2.5) detection, make sure the security and impeller meets the requirements;
(3)葉輪耐腐蝕、裝拆簡單。葉輪針對介質情況采用不銹鋼或鈦合金制作,耐各種腐蝕。葉輪與主軸采用斷面齒和拉桿連接,對中重復性好,傳遞扭矩安全可靠,裝拆簡單;
     (3) Impeller is anti-corrosion and easy to assemble and disassemble. The impeller is made of stainless steel or titanium alloy accoring to the medium condition and it is of various corrosion resistance. The connection of impeller and the main shaft adopts the cross section and the pull rod which is with good centring repeatability, safe and reliable torque and easy to assemble and disassemble;
(4)動平衡精度高,機組運行平穩。所有轉動件單件高精度動平衡和轉子組整體動平衡,動平衡精度等級達到G2.5,機組運行平穩;
( 4 ) High dynamic balance precision and stable operation. All rotating parts are of high dynamic balance precision and rotor group overall dynamic balance. Dynamic balance precision grade reaches G2.5 and the whole unit operates stably;
(5)機殼制作精良。機殼采用不銹鋼316L鑄造、車削加工而成,并經噴砂處理;
     (5) Casing well made. Casing is casted and lathed by stainless steel 316L and passed through sand blasting;
(6)高速齒輪箱具有良好的設計。高速齒輪箱采用鑄造,能在最大負荷時保持轉子足夠的剛度,齒輪箱采用水平剖分結構,齒輪箱保證足夠的加工精度以保證于軸承的配合、良好的轉子對中精度和油封性能,箱體結構能防止在過渡過程和穩態運行時,因箱體內的溫度梯度而產生的有害變形。齒輪箱與壓縮機之間既成一體又相互隔開,保證潤滑油不會污染介質,也保證水蒸汽不會進入齒輪箱影響齒輪和軸承壽命;
     (6) Good design of high-speed gear box. High speed gear box adopts casting which can keep enough stiffness of the rotor under maximum load. Gear box adopts horizontal split structure to make sure enough machining precision to guarantee the cooperation with the bearing, the good centring precision of the rotor and the oil sealing property. The case structure can prevent harmful deformation caused by the temperature gradient inside the case during the transient process and the stable operation. The gearbox and compressor exist as a whole body but also separated from each other to make sure the lubricating oil will not pollute the medium, at the same time it can also prevent the steam from entering into the gear box to shorten the servive life of the gear and bearing;
(7)油站和底座合成一體,有效控制消除共振。油站是蒸汽壓縮機配用的獨立的供油系統,為齒輪和所有軸承提供所需的純凈潤滑油。油站和底座合成一體,具有足夠的剛度和強度,能有效的控制和消除共振,便于安裝、維修、檢查和清洗;
( 7 ) Integrated oil station and the base, eliminate resonance effectively. Oil station is the independent oil supply system of the steam compressor, supply all the required pure lubricating oil for the gear and bearing. Integrated station and the base with sufficient rigidity and strength can effectively control and eliminate resonance and is easy to install, inspect and clean.
(8)自動化程度高,可靠性好。所有溫度、壓力、振動等參數采取編程控制,使蒸汽壓縮機得到及時有效的控制,自動化程度高,可靠性好;
( 8 ) High degree of automation and good reliability. All parameters such as temperature, pressure, vibration adopt programming control, make timely and effective control of steam compressor, high degree of automation, good reliability;
(9)采用防喘振裝置,有效的避免蒸汽壓縮機的喘振;
( 9 ) Using the anti-surge device, effectively avoid surge of the steam compressor;
(10)高效節能,操作方便。采用變頻調速調節蒸汽壓縮機工作轉速,使蒸汽壓縮機可以很好的配合MVR系統的調節,高效節能,操作方便;
( 10 ) High efficiency and energy saving, easy to operate. Working speed of the steam compressor adopts frequency control makes the steam compressor adapt very well to the adjustment of the MVR system, thus it will be of high efficiency and energy saving and easy to operate;
(11)密封性能好。蒸氣壓縮機軸于機殼處采用無接觸迷宮式密封+高壓水蒸氣阻塞密封,確保無空氣和雜質進入水蒸汽壓縮機內。高速軸承箱采用無接觸迷宮式密封,防止油泄露和外界空氣、水、雜質等的進入。介質100%不含油;
( 11 ) Good sealing property. Steam compressor shaft adopts non-contact labyrinth seal and high pressure steam blocking seal in the casing place to ensure no impurities and air enter into the water vapor compressor.High-speed bearing box adopts non-contact labyrinth seal to prevent oil leakage and the entrance of air, water, impurities and so on from the outside. The medium is 100% without oil;
(12)組裝式結構,占地面積小,節省空間,安裝方便;
( 12 ) Packaged structure, cover a small area, save space, convenient installation;
(13)整機日常維護簡單方便。

6、應用于MVR系統   Applied to MVR system
MVR(Mechanical Vapor Re-compression)——機械蒸汽再壓縮,是指將蒸發(蒸餾等)過程的二次蒸汽(溫度低、壓力低)用壓縮機進行壓縮,提高其溫度、壓力,重新作為熱源加熱需要被蒸發的物料,從而達到循環利用蒸汽的目的,使蒸發過程不需要外加蒸汽;即用少量的電能獲得較多的熱能,從而減少系統對外界能源的需求的一項高效節能技術。
MVR (Mechanical Vapor Re-compression) - Mechanical Vapor re-compression, which means re-compress the second steam(low temperature, low pressure) of the evaporation (distillation, etc.) process by the compressor to increase its temperature and pressure and to be used as the heat source again to heat the material needs to be vaporized, thus to achieve the purpose of steam recycling and evaporation process does not need additional steam. It is a kind of high effcient energy saving technology which use a small amount of electricity to get more heat energy and reduce the system’s demand for outside world energy.
羅茨鼓風機為容積式風機,利用葉輪之間的空間來輸送氣體,輸送的風量與風機的轉速成正比。羅茨鼓風機具有硬排氣特性,壓力變化時,流量變化很小。理論上,不論風機出口壓力怎樣變化,只要風機強度足夠,電機不超載,每轉一轉,所輸送的氣體容量是不變的。因此,它適用于變壓力,恒流量的工況。由于羅茨鼓風機在工作過程中存在沖擊脈動,導致羅茨鼓風機噪音較高,給周圍環境帶來極大的影響。
Roots compressor is a positive displacement blower, it conveys the air through the space between the impellers and the air volume is in direct proportion to the speed of the fan. Roots blower is with hard exhaust properties, when pressure changes, the flow rate change is very small. In theory, regardless of changes in the fan outlet pressure, as long as the fan is with enough intensity and motor is not overload, every turns, the conveying capacity of air is constant. Thus it is suitable for the variable pressure and permanent flow condition. As the roots blower has surging during the working process, it will cause higher noise which will bring impact to the surrounding environment.
離心鼓風機是根據動能轉換為壓力能的原理,利用高速旋轉的葉輪將氣體加速后然后減速、改變流向,使動能轉換為壓力能。離心鼓風機流量調節方便,噪音低,壓力變化時,流Centrifugal blower is according to the principle of converting kinetic energy to pressure energy, using high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas and then slow down, change flow direction to convert kinetic energy to pressure energy. Centrifugal blower flow regulation is convenient, low noise, pressure change, change of flow, pressure and flow can be adjusted in a certain range.Therefore, it is applicable to unstable pressure flow condition.
單級高速離心鼓風機采用更加符合流體流動規律的三元流動理論進行設計,葉輪效率較多級低速離心鼓風機目前廣為采用的二元流動葉輪有大幅度的提高;其次,單級高速離心鼓風機采用軸向進氣,并在葉輪前面設有進氣預旋裝置,減小了進氣損失;第三,單級高速離心鼓風機為一級結構,流道短、損失小。綜合以上因素,單級高速離心鼓風機的整機效率較多級低速離心鼓風機提高15%左右,可以為客戶創造較高的經濟效益。

High-speed single-stage centrifugal blower is designed according to the three dimensional flow theory which is more in line with the fluid flow regularity, the impeller effciency is higher than that of multistage low-speed centrifugal blower which widely adopts the two dimensional flow theory;Second, high-speed single-stage centrifugal blower using the axial inlet, and inlet prewhirl device is installed in front of the impeller to reduce the loss of the inlet;Third, high-speed single-stage centrifugal blower as the primary structure, it is short flow and small loss.To sum up, the effciency of the single stage high speed centrifugal blower is 15% higher than the multistage low-speed centrifugal blower which can create higher economic benefit for clients.
